Refund policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
The short version
Sales are generally final once a generation or review slot on a paid plan is consumed, subject to the billing-error, consumer-rights and other exceptions below. Free scores used before purchase do not affect your refund rights.
Failed generations
If a generation or review fails on our side, its quota slot is restored automatically. A generation blocked by the image provider's content policy consumes a slot, and the app tells you when this happens. Restoring a quota slot does not refund the subscription payment.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and other billing mistakes are always refunded in full. Contact us and we will fix it.
Annual plans
Annual plans are a year-long commitment, but as a goodwill gesture you can contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will consider a pro-rata refund based on elapsed time and usage.
EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies until you start a generation or a review on a paid plan. Free photo scores taken before you subscribe do not affect it. By starting a paid generation or review you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right, as described in the terms. If you have run neither on your plan, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Discretionary refunds
For new Whop payments, contact Glow to request a refund; Whop may also process refunds under its payment rules. An approved refund ends the refunded Glow subscription and its access. Existing Polar charges remain subject to Polar's buyer terms and refund process while those subscriptions continue.
How to request
Email support@100xglow.app or use the support page. Cancel Whop subscriptions in your Whop orders and memberships; cancel existing Polar subscriptions through Profile → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future billing; your access and remaining quota continue until the end of the paid period.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The payment provider and bank control when the funds arrive.
